PowerPrint™

PowerPrint® is an energy procurement management framework, purpose-built for electric utilities and Load Serving Entities. It combines a structured procurement process blueprint with AI-assisted workflow automation, enabling utilities to run competitive solicitations — from RFP issuance through proposal evaluation and contract award — in a controlled, auditable, and regulator-ready environment.

PowerPrint™ has been implemented on our live energy procurement platform — built on PowerClerk® and active today across sections 2 through 4 of the full procurement lifecycle: RFP Solicitation Management, Proposal Intake, and Proposal Evaluation. Utility procurement leaders who have seen the working platform confirmed it directly addresses the gaps in their current process.

PowerPrint® functions as a reference business architecture — built from direct experience inside utilities, then structured into a configurable, end-to-end procurement workflow. LSEs can compare their existing workflow against this structured process map to identify gaps, redundancies, and compliance risks.  This granularity gives a Load Serving Entity a precise process map to compare to their own workflow - step-by-step

  • Data Flow Articulation - The framework identifies data suppliers and consumers at each stage and defines validate rules at intake

  • Stakeholder Role Definition - An LSE can map their organization against the PowerPrint™ stakeholder model to identify role overlaps, gaps, or unclear accountability
